Family Reunion Weekend at a Glance
Thursday, June 17 – Welcome & Reconnect
Kick off the reunion weekend by joining us for our Meet & Greet in the Hospitality Room from
5:00 PM – 9:00 PM. This relaxed evening is the perfect opportunity to reconnect with family over light refreshments, pick up reunion materials, and begin making memories together.
Friday, June 18 – Adventure & Celebration
Start the day with a family excursion from 9:30 AM – 3:30 PM (location to be announced). Then join us for our signature Reunion Banquet at the Maritime Museum. Enjoy a Cocktail Hour with music from 5:00 PM – 6:15 PM, followed by our Program and Fellowship from 6:30 PM – 9:00 PM as we celebrate our family legacy, recognize special family members, and enjoy an evening of laughter and connection. The banquet is a formal event; we highly encourage you to participate in the theme of the night: Harlem Nights! Men, wear your tailored suits! Women, wear your glitz, glam and flapper dresses! Let’s have a little fun, while we celebrate our rich history!
Saturday, June 19 – Heritage & Family Fun
Taking it back to where it all started, travel with us to Toddtown, Alabama, for a special
Toddtown Tour & Picnic from 9:30 AM – 4:30 PM. This day will provide an opportunity to reflect on our family’s roots, share stories, and enjoy fellowship in a meaningful setting. The evening is yours to enjoy, with a Free Night to explore Mobile, relax, or gather with family and friends.
Sunday, June 20 – Worship & Farewell
As our reunion weekend comes to a close, we invite everyone to gather for Worship Service
from 8:00 AM – 9:30 AM in the Hospitality Room. Together, we will give thanks for our time of fellowship, celebrate God’s blessings upon our family, and depart with renewed connections and cherished memories.

We are working closely with the host hotel to make sure everything is just right for when you
arrive next June. The Toddtown Family Reunion Direct Booking Link will be available in August. Once the Planning Committee receives this link, it will be issued to you with information on how to book your room.
REUNION ASSESSMENT
The committee is working diligently to keep the per person reunion fees as low as possible. We realize this is a challenging time for some, but we also want this to be a memorable experience for all in attendance. Please see the per person reunion assessments below and calculate your household total based on the number and ages of participating family members.

2027 Reunion Payment Schedule
If feasible, the reunion planning committee encourages you to make payments in full as
indicated in the chart above. However, if you need time, please adhere to the following payment schedule using one adult as an example:

All payments can be submitted to your family captain, who in turn, will submit your registration and payments to the family reunion account. If you would like to submit your payment directly to the family reunion planning committee, this can be done by the following methods:

We highly discourage sending cash in the mail, instead cash should be submitted
directly to your family captain.
For all payments, please include who the payment is for in the “Memo” of electronic
payments or in the “For” section of checks/money orders. This will allow our finance team to
accurately record each payment made.
To Register to Attend:
- If you have not done so previously, please submit the Family Reunion Participation
Survey, so that we may have an accurate account of attendees. - Send your full payment or 1st installment by your preferred payment method. If paying in installments, please adhere to the schedule above; until your assessment is paid in full.
- Fill out the T-shirt form.
- Plan your travel to arrive in Mobile, Alabama on Thursday, June 17, 2027.

Family Reunion to be held in the fabulous Gulf Coast city of Mobile, AL…home of the original
Mardi Gras! We will continue to share updates and provide information as the reunion date
approaches. Please help us by sending your assessments so we can plan the best experience
for our family to enjoy!
